Jamie has dedicated the past 8 years to helping softball athletes grow both on and off the field. Her experience as a shortstop at Clarke University sparked her passion for coaching and developing athletes of all ages and abilities. 

Her coaching career includes serving as an Assistant Coach at the University of Dubuque, Assistant Coach at Simpson College, Assistant Coach at Bellevue High School (IA), and later Head Coach at Bellevue High School. Currently, she coaches with the Iowa Outlaws organization. Through these experiences, Jamie has worked with athletes at a variety of ages and skill levels, gaining a well-rounded perspective on player development and the game of softball.

Along with her coaching experience, Jamie holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Psychology, allowing her to bring a unique focus to the mental side of the game. She believes in developing the whole athlete by building confidence, resilience, and a strong mental approach together with fundamental skills.
