SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
A comprehensive program designed to improve speed, agility, strength, and explosiveness. Athletes develop quickness, coordination, and power through targeted drills, plyometric exercises, and strength training using resistance and bodyweight movements to enhance overall athletic performance.

NORWALK RUN CLUB
Our Mission is to empower youth in the community to grow as confident runners and foundational athletes. Our six-week summer run program builds age-appropriate athletic development that focuses on speed & agility, foundational strength, body awareness, and injury-prevention strategies. We emphasize both physical skills and lifelong healthy habits, helping each athlete to discover the joy of running, the value of consistent effort, and their own potential.
